After several years in the making RIVETTE are finally ready to present new music for the first time since 2019. Here is the first single, "Silhouettes On The Shoreline", from the upcoming full-length album "True Distance" to be released by Full Contact Records (vinyl imprint of Ektro Records).

Having been dodging clear categorization since the beginning, this time the listener is taken into a synth-ladden summer night in the city where neon-clad euphoria meets bittersweet despair. The song stands unashamed in the amount of gloss reminiscent of many 80's arena rock greats yet drenched in enough gunk to counterbalance the shine, suggesting a perfect fit for an alternative reality version of a heartland adult contemporary radio charts of yesteryears.
